Goblin Run 5k & Goblin Kids Fun Run

Calling all ghosts, pirates, divas, ballerinas and all kinds of characters to join us for the Goblin Run in Downtown Bentonville! Our annual 5k is a fun and festive race – perfect for the entire family.  You don’t want to miss it! The race begins and ends in Downtown Bentonville. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the race course due to safety concerns.

When: Saturday, October 26, 2024, 7:30AM, Kids Fun Run (approximately .7 of a mile) immediately following the final runner from the 5K (approximately 8:30am)

Cost: $35 / $45 for packet pickup registration

Packet pick-up is available during the following days/times at the Downtown Activity Center, 215 SW A Street in Bentonville:

October 24: 8:00am-6:00pm

October 25: 8:00am-6:00pm

Volunteers

The Goblin Run 5K can't function without the help of amazing volunteers! We need course marshals to keep our runners safe, volunteers to clip timing chips off of shoes, and volunteers to distribute finisher medals at the finish line. Sign up through our volunteer registration!

Race Day Information:

The race begins at 7:30am. Please allow yourself enough time to park and get to the starting area in Downtown Bentonville. There are several free public parking lots throughout the downtown area. The Kids Fun Run will take place immediately following the finish of the 5K.

Your race packet contains your shirt, but it also contains a couple of important articles for your race participation...your race bib with your race number that's been assigned to you and corresponding shoe chip. Your race number should be affixed to the front of your outermost layer with the safety pins provided. Please be sure your bib is visible when you race! Your shoe tag MUST be attached to your shoe laces with the provided wire ties for the most accurate timing information. DO NOT CARRY THE CHIP IN YOUR HAND OR YOUR POCKET.

Step 1: Thread the wire twist ties under the shoe laces.

Step 2: Thread the shoe tag onto the wire twist ties.

Step 3: Secure the shoe tag by twisting the wire twist ties firmly together.

Be sure to turn in your shoe tag in the finish line area following your race! The shoe tags are reusable and expensive to replace!
